TC Business Brokers’ owner and broker, Jeff Manera, has a deep and broad background in business valuation, commercial real estate and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). He has spent the better part of a decade in the Stuart and Martin County area, working closely with many business owners to understand their businesses and help navigate their commercial leases and real estate needs.
As a licensed Broker and since the 1980’s, Jeff has been responsible for or involved with dozens of complex real life deals involving Florida businesses and commercial real estate, including structuring a number of large M&A deals in Florida and across the US, as both a principal and intermediary. During these ventures, Jeff structured and negotiated “earn-outs” and seller/lender financing packages to address both the buyer and seller needs.
Jeff also spent more than a decade as a widely-read senior financial editor/analyst of six different investment newsletters focused on company Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) with deep analysis of company financial statements and company valuations, authoring hundreds of pages of analysis and actionable investment recommendations to his clients.
Jeff now offers Treasure Coast / Space Coast / Central Florida businesses and commercial real estate owners his unique blend of academic knowledge, high-level financial analytic skills, front-line experience and real world know-how to bring all the parties together to make their mutual goals a reality.
Education: Jeff has an MBA/Entrepreneurship and a BBA in business/finance, so he offers his clients a deep understanding across all aspects of business – from conceptualization and intellectual property matters to large successful enterprises needing M&A or investment banking assistance.
